Full refunds are available until registration deadline.
If an athlete is in a division by themselves and a suitable division cannot be found a refund will be issued. (A athlete will be moved only if they have selected to be move up a weight or age group)
Refunds must be initiated by the registrant/athlete via Smoothcomp only.
A credit maybe credited to an athlete who may have to withdraw after the registration deadline. The athlete must email with rational of withdrawal in order to receive a credit. Credits can be used for future tournaments for the current year or following year only.
